Aimaral Chomokova, a 4th-year student of the Journalism Department of AIU, took part in a training on fact-checking and combating disinformation within the framework of the MediaDoc France-Asie Centrale project in France.

This educational program took place from February 26 to March 1, 2024 at the Higher School of Journalism in Lille, which is one of the first professional schools for training journalists in Europe. According to our student, 12 students from 4 Central Asian countries were selected to participate. During the training, they taught tools for identifying false information, and were also able to improve their article writing and presentation skills.
